Become a Certified Changemaking Facilitator
Learn to deliver a program in which young people prove, within four weeks, that they can create real value. You earn the certificate by running real cycles with mentorship. It reflects what you did, not how many hours you sat in a seminar room.
Facilitating trust-first changemaking is a craft with one counterintuitive core: you encourage and support, you never judge and never direct. Sometimes getting out of the way is the most powerful thing an adult can do for young people. The certification teaches exactly that craft, on real cohorts, with mentorship from the people who have run it for two decades.
What the certification includes
Online training
A solid foundation in the trust-first process, built on the materials of the model's creator and delivered live online.
Mentorship through your first 3 cycles
Hands-on support while you run your first real challenges in your institution or community.
Resource materials
Three practical guidebooks on the changemaking concepts, plus case studies and third-party reviews of the process.
Implementation toolkit
Session scripts, forms, templates and process blueprints for rolling out youth-led challenges.
One year of post-training support
Mentorship, coaching and peer-group exchange while you carry out your own changemaking cycles.
Status: first cohort forming
Applications are open now. Places and dates are confirmed once the first cohort is complete. We would rather say that plainly than promise a start date we cannot hold.
Who this is for
Teachers, youth workers, community activists, and institution leaders. Many leaders train as facilitators while their institution runs its first pilot; that combination works particularly well.
